TealAcre does not use a cookie-cutter approach to estate planning. Plans are tailored to your unique situation through our three levels of planning. Starting with plans designed for families with young children that haven't accumulated significant wealth yet; to more extensive plans for well-placed families concerned with asset protection, growth, and preservation; no matter where you find yourself, TealAcre is here for you.
In most cases, fees will range from $2,000 for married couples with kids who are indifferent to staying out of court to $8,000 for a comprehensive plan. Comprehensive plans provides remarkable asset protection for spouses and beneficiaries and protection from inadvertent loss to your State's Department of Unclaimed Property.
Our three levels of planning are priced to be both effective and affordable. During your Family Wealth Planning Session, also called a Life & Legacy Planning Session, we will review the three planning levels together. You will choose your fee based on your budget and the level of planning that best serves you and your loves ones. Our plans are designed to ensure your family has somewhere to look to if & when something happens to you. Our plans are designed to work and provide real security, not the false sense of security cheap estate planning documents provide.

Planning for the Wellbeing of Your Children
TealAcre has options dedicated to planning for the well-being and care of your children. You know your children are counting on you to take care of them. And as a parent, your estate plan must make sure your children will be taken care by the people you want, in the way you want, no matter what.
A will does not guarantee the security of your kids should you die or become incapacitated.
